B) HOW TO MAKE THE PREPARATION ?
1 Firstly, know the Duration and Price:
In WTWA, we have various durations for your stay, from one week to three months or even longer.
The weekly price --- 6,000 CNY / 700 Euros / 830 USD
Two-week price --- 10,000 CNY / 1,200 Euros / 1,400 USD
Three-week price --- 13,000 CNY / 1,600 Euros / 1,800 USD
Four-week price --- 16,000 CNY / 2,000 Euros / 2,200 USD
3-month Price --- 45,000CNY
6-month Price ---80,000 CNY
Price for one year --- 150,000 CNY.
Remarks: A)The above different currency diversion should be updated to the time when you actually do the transfer.
B) The above prices, all contains:

4) pick-up 5) a set of training clothes ( so you must tell your centimeter height and kilogram weight before you start your travel to China so we can have the clothes made )

2 How to get an invitation letter from us for visa application?
Firstly, tell us the following information :
1) your full name; 2) your gender; 3) your Date of Birth;
4) your nationality; 5) your passport number
and 6) your expected duration in our school.
Secondly, transfer half of the fee of your duration to get the invitation letter ( the remaining you can clear up
when you are arrived at the school ).
Then you will get the invitation letter and admission notice.
3 With the invitation letter, apply your X2 visa.
WTWA is a legal institution that can enroll international students. Go to your nearby embassy of China to apply your visa. Some embassies are easy, just requesting you to show the invitation letter and admission notice; some are more strict, requesting you also to show license of the school and ID of the one who signed the invitation letter.
Important: today, for many countries, travel to China would be visa free, at least within one month. Please check whether your country is actually among visa - free list.
4 What should I prepare before I start my study trip to Wudang, China?
Firstly, you are suggested to bring your big towel and necessary toiletries for having shower. And a drinking cup.
Secondly, you better bring with you power-charge adaptor.
Lastly, bring you a Taoist-related book in English to read during your Wudang stay and to, on your departure, dedicate to WTWA’s mini library :)
C ) PLAN YOUR TRAVEL TO WTWA
You first decide whether you have interest in what we offer. Then find time and duration and see how much the fee is. There are many countries whose nationals don’t need visa to China if the duration is within one months.
Please check if yours is among such countries. If not, doesn’t matter. We will help you with the visa issue, such as issuing you an invitation letter.
D) TRANSPORTATION
1 How to travel to Wudang, China ?
You can book your E-tickets from Ctrip.com or another channel.
1) Fly to normally Beijing or Shanghai or, with certain circumstances, other gate-way cities.
2) Fly from one of the above cities to Shiyan Wudangshan Airport (WDS) or take a train to the Wudangshan West Station, a high-speed train station.
2 How to get WTWA from the airport or train station ?
We arrange pick-up with professional drivers. Note: the taxi or car can reach the Wudangshan Town or the Wudangshan Mountain Gate but can’t reach WTWA which is situated in the mountains. You will transfer a scenery zone bus to reach the school.
1) PICK – UP : Having been told your arrival time, we arrange pick up from the Wudangshan Airport or the Wudangshan West Train Station. The driver would hold a piece of paper with your name on it at the exit. There is just one exit since the airport or the train station is not huge. The driver and you can find each other easily.
2) WHAT IF MY ARRIVAL TIME IS RATHER LATE FOR ENTERING THE MOUNTAIN?
The last bus going into the mountains is 5:00pm. If your arrival time by plane or train arrives rather late, you will be arranged to stay downtown for one night. You will have chance to know the local people and see around the town. There is a scenic spot downtown named Yuxu Palace. Plus, the Wudang Museum is worthwhile a visit.
3) THE LAST SECTION OF YOUR WHOLE TRIP TO THE DESTINATION ……
Having slept overnight downtown, you will be sent to the Wudang Mountain Gate/Tourist Service Centre ( you are not merely a tourist ), where everyone buys entry ticket to take a bus into the mountain. Our driver will help you do all these and send you on to the bus and also tell us the bus number.
The one who is arranged to wait for you at the roadside is to meet you and help you get off the bus and along the 3-minute stone stairs to reach finally the school, your destination, several buildings amidst the tea fields!
E) LOCATION
The Wudang Taoist Wellness Academy (WTWA) is located up the Wudang mountains in the northwest of central China’s Hubei Province. Both airplane from Beijing in the north and Shanghai in the east and high speed train from many cities can bring you to the destination.
F) WEATHER
Wudang Mountains are situated in the Middle China, the weather is generally speaking agreeable. The highest temperature is 35 celsius degree in Summer and lowest is -2 degree. There are different beauty for the 4 seasons. While November to February is regarded the hardest period, there are many appreciate more the snowy mountainous scenery with colored Taoist buildings dotted here and there.
In WTWA, we have facilities for keeping cool in Summer and warm in Winter.
G) ACCOMMODATION
We offer the following 3 types of accommodation:
1) On the campus: we have both single beds and bunk beds. Monthly price for such accommodation +food + study is 15000CNY.
2) Off the campus -Mamma Yang’s Homestay rooms.
When there is no capacity at WTWA, monthly price for such accommodation +food + study is still 15000CNY.
When WTWA rooms are available and you still choose stay in a Homestay room, monthly price then for such accommodation +food + study is 18000CNY.
3) Off the campus - Manju Villa. When there is no capacity at WTWA, weekly price for such accommodation +food + study is still 7,000CNY.
When WTWA rooms are available and you still choose to stay in a Manju room, weekly price then for such accommodation +food + study is 8,000CNY.
Notice: the distance between WTWA and the 2 above off-campus spots is around 5 minutes.
H) FOOD
We have a cook who offers three meals a day. The cook usually has 3 days off monthly and then either one of the working staff or even YOU
show your cooking art for the WTWA family members :)
Food therapy is also our consideration. We try to follow the Taoist diet way: Yin yang balance and Five element theory. In other word, students can expect to eat both vegetables and meat. For vegitarians, no problem to have suitable food. IF anyone might be allergic to certain food, no worry —- our food type is very variety and we can satisfy you by supplying you the right food.

In WTWA, one week starts from Friday, for the purpose to satisfy those who wanna join 3-day weekend class. Then the afternoon of Wednesday and one whole day of Thursday is for rest.

L ) TEACHING STAFFS
1 Master Gu ( M. )- The English-speaking Taoist Master, foundner of the Wudang Taoist Wellness Academy. Please note that Master Gu,as a legal person of WTWA, can’t be present every physical class. In the mountains, there is an additional teaching spot where he is a must to attend at least half a day per camp. However, he would take care of your first step into the Taiji practice and Taoist cultivation. What’s more, he would offer 2 lectures per week in English to the international students!
2 Teacher Hui ( F.)- She had studied Tai Chi Chuan for nearly 10 years and came to Wudang the year of 2021. She is the residential disciple of Master Gu. As lineage holder of Wudang Sanfeng Sect, she is responsible for 1) Teaching affairs coordination 2) professionalism; 3) Calligraphy and insense.
3 Teacher Ele (F.) - English speaking coach, helping with training and coordination of foreign affairs.
4 Huang Haonan (M.) - you can call him Simon, a simple young Chinese man without much talk but dedicated in Taoist culture. Helping with school video shooting and editting.
